The feud between Valerie Bertinelli and Christina Aguilera continues as 'The Voice' judge finally responded on Instagram after Valerie spoke out again about Xtina's alleged bad attitude in a new interview. There's some bad blood brewing between Valerie Bertinelli, 54, and Christina Aguilera, 33. During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Nov. 5, Valerie dissed Christina by saying the singer gave her the "cold shoulder" at a concert a few years back. Now, Christina is firing back at Valerie in a very subtle way via Instagram. Is this the last of the feud? Time will tell!
Valerie Bertinelli & Christina Aguilera Feud
Valerie’s Nov. 5 interview on Watch What Happens Live was the interview that reignited the Bertinelli/Aguilera feud.
When host Andy Cohen asked about this reported feud, Valerie responded, “I didn’t have a feud with her. I was a fan at that time a long time ago, and I went up to her cause she was at a Van Halen concert, and I said, ‘Oh my god, I think you’re a beautiful singer.”‘
According to Valerie, Christina gave her the very cold shoulder. She said Christina only replied, “Yeah, whatever.”
“She gave me the cold shoulder, and I thought, ‘B***h, I’m a fan. You can’t be nice to me?'” she continued. “She might have gotten better. But I heard she hasn’t.” Valerie initially spoke about the situation in 2008, but it bringing it up again.
This time, the “Fighter” singer just couldn’t let it go. On Nov. 7, Christina posted a photo of herself in the recording studio on Instagram. She captioned the pic, “In more important news…” That definitely seems to be a dig at Valerie for dissing her attitude!
