A source close to Gina confirmed to Us Weekly that she’s a taken woman, and happily dating House of Lies and Parks and Recreation star Ben! “[Gina’s] so happy,” the source told Us Weekly. “She thinks he is so great and all her friends love him.” How nice is that? Ben is the furthest thing from his Parks and Rec character Jean-Ralphio Saperstein in real life, and thank god for that!
Though the identity of her man wasn’t revealed until just now, when HollywoodLife.com caught up with Gina at the Golden Globes, she told us that she was, in fact, dating a special someone! “Oh, I’m taken! I’m taken! Yeah, he’s awesome! Yeah, I am a big, big fan!” Gina said of her mystery man, now revealed to be Ben. “He is awesome, he is remarkable! He’s remarkable!” How adorable!
Ben and Gina were spotted attending the WBC welterweight championship between Danny Garcia and Robert Guerrero at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on January 23. They’re not hiding their relationship at all! And might we add, they looked incredibly cute together, to boot. You can tell that these two are very happy.
This new relationship comes four months after Gina split with boyfriend, Revenge star Henri Esteve. The couple had been dating for over a year, but there was no dramatic reason for their breakup, or bad blood afterward. Apparently, Gina called things off because their schedules were too crazy, even though they deeply cared about each other. It’s all for the best — now she’s with Ben!
