But in the years since the HBO series came to a fashionable conclusion, the actresses have gone on to star in the series’ subsequent movies in 2008 and 2010 and have flourished in their professional lives. To this day, the cast looks fondly back on the series, just as they did when they called in to lend their support to a young nurse working shifts during the COVID-19 outbreak, who found joy in watching the show apart from her hectic day.

She has gone on to work on the big screen in films like ‘The Family Stone,’ ‘Failure to Launch,’ and more. In 2016, she returned to HBO for the series ‘Divorce’ opposite Thomas Haden Church. She also acted on stage with her actor husband, Matthew Broderick, in Neil Simon’s ‘Plaza Suite.’
