Three days after Michael announced on Twitter that he and bandmate Calum Hood, 19, got their licenses, the guitarist managed to hit someone while driving around the City of Angels. “First day of driving in LA and I already hit someone. HAHAHAHAHHA,” Mikey tweeted. Hitting someone with your car is not something to laugh at! However, judging by the tweet, we can only assume both parties involved in the incident are doing fine.

Since the Australian rockstar joked about his incident, it didn’t take too long for his fans to jump onboard and joined in on the fun. 5SOS fans immediately imagined what Mikey must’ve looked like while he was driving around. Was Michael’s Reckless Driving Caused Because Of Speed?
There’s no doubt speed has been on Michael’s mind after he obtained his driver’s license. The 19-year-old tweeted a couple of times about having the need for speed. One day before his accident, the 19-year-old wrote on his Twitter, “*gets license* *instantly watches furious 7*.” Yikes! Let’s hope Mikey slows down the next time he drives around and is more aware of his surroundings!
