Robin Williams Dies: Sarah Michelle Gellar Reacts
“My life is a better place because I knew Robin Williams,” Sarah told PEOPLE in a statement. “To my children he was Uncle Robin, to everyone he worked with, he was the best boss anyone had ever known, and to me he was not just an inspiration but he was the Father I had always dreamed of having. There are not enough adjectives to describe the light he was, to anyone that ever had the pleasure to meet him. I will miss him everyday, but I know the memory of him will live on. And to his family, I thank them for letting us know him and seeing the joy they brought him. Us crazy ones love you.”
She also went on to say, “God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

While The Crazy Ones was canceled by CBS after just one season, Robin remains a TV legend. And as such, the Primetime Emmys will air a special tribute during the Aug. 25 telecast, a source close to the situation has revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
“Robin Williams will be honored on the show and we will all hear from people for the first time about his death during the telecast,” our HollywoodLife.com source reveals. “It is going to be a very big tribute.”
Robin Williams Died: Reports Suggest Suicide
Robin’s lifeless body was found in his Northern California home on August 11 — he reportedly died from the result of asphyxiation. An early report suggests suicide.

Robin’s only daughter, Zelda Williams, 25, is totally devastated and inconsolable, according to a HollywoodLife.com source. After hearing the tragic news, Zelda tweeted a message of love to her late father.
