Leslie Jones, born September 7, 1967, is an American comedian. Leslie worked in stand-up comedy for years before her big break on ‘Saturday Night Live.’ On the Emmy-winn sketch comedy show, Leslie played various characters while also appearing on ‘Weekend Update’ with her own take on current events.
Since her time on ‘SNL,’ Leslie has gone on to have a flourishing career. She’s starred in films like ‘Ghostbusters,’ ‘Top Five,’ and more. During her time on ‘SNL,’ Leslie was also nominated for three Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy series, between the years of 2017-2019. With an already staggering career and beloved fanbase, we cannot wait to see what Leslie does in the future!
