Kristen’s nip slip occurred at the Hollywood Film Awards on Nov. 15. She hit the stage looking absolutely gorgeous! She wore a pretty white dress with a grey turtleneck crop top over the dress. However, that metallic fashion armor couldn’t protect KStew from suffering a nip slip!
As she presented an award to her Still Alice co-star Julianne Moore, Kristen’s dress fell extremely low and her nipples were shown!
