“1. NEVER skip breakfast. You can’t drive a car with an empty tank! I like to start the day with a protein and veggie packed breakfast.

2. Pack a go-bag. I have my workout must-haves ready at all times so I’m prepared to turn up — no matter what!

3. Get a workout buddy. Working out with a partner is a great way to stay motivated and accountable. Kourt is my workout ride-or-die and we don’t let each other get away with sh*t!

4. Mix it up! Step outside of your comfort zone to avoid falling into a fitness rut. There are so many fun ways to work out! One of my personal faves is boxing. You’ve got nothing to lose, dolls!

5. Treat yourself. If you let yourself indulge from time to time, chances are you won’t say “f*ck it” to your entire diet. Sometimes you have to fall off to stay on!

6. Squeeze it in, even if you’re short on time. A quick workout is better than NO workout! I get it done in just 10 minutes [sometimes!]”

7. Have a mantra…powerful little phrases [to] use when [you] need that extra boost.

8. Stretch it out. It might seem like the lowest priority on the list, but stretching helps you avoid injuries that will take you out of the game completely. I do it 2 or even 3 times a day!”

Khloe also admits she NEVER works out in underwear! Okkkurr!
