The Kardashian and Jenner sisters love any reason to wear a killer outfit, and there’s no better reason than a birthday party. One of our favorite birthday outfits came when Kylie Jenner turned 22 in August 2019 and opted for an Italian getaway with close family and friends. At one point during the trip, she rocked a white top and red high-waisted pants while holding hands with Travis Scott in Portofino.
