Somi, whose full name is Ennik Somi Douma, is a popular K-pop artist. She debuted with the K-pop girl group I.O.I. She also came in first place in Mnet’s survival reality program ‘Produce 101.’ She decided to go solo and made her exciting debut on June 13 with the release of the song and music video for ‘Birthday.’ The Black Label had previously announced in Feb. 2019 that Somi would be making her debut as a solo artist. ‘Birthday’ is fun and energetic, as is the music video. Somi is the epitome of fierce in the music video. She rocks a number of stellar outfits and shows off her amazing dance moves. After the release, Somi became a trending topic on Twitter.
