Ivanka Trump, 35, joined her father, the president-elect of the United States of America, for his first formal televised interview since the election, where she looked pretty and poised in a nude short-sleeved dress and even addressed the possibility of a political career now that her father, Donald Trump, takes on his new role. She said that, although she’s “very passionate” about advocating for women, she will not do so in a “formal administrative capacity.”
Instead, she’s focused on “being a daughter.” She spoke to host Lesley Stahl for the CBS special edition of 60 Minutes which was taped at Trump Tower in NYC and aired on Nov. 13. “I’m going to be a daughter. But I’ve, I’ve said throughout the campaign that I am very passionate about certain issues. And that I want to fight for them. Wage equality, childcare. While Donald’s wife, Melania Trump, matched her husband in her Republican red short-sleeved dress, Ivanka opted for a more neutral ensemble for the occasion, as did her half-sister, Tiffany Trump, who wore a black mini. Ivanka paired the short-sleeved ensemble with straight hair parted down the middle and a nude lip, keeping her beauty routine simple for the interview.
Ivanka was very visible throughout her father’s campaign, often speaking out at rallies and supporting him at all three debates. On a slew of occasions she rocked looks from her very own collection, which proved to be quite popular, even selling out after she showed them off.
