January will be a busy month, as it marks the start of awards show season. The month will see the Hollywood Foreign Press Association will hold the ceremony for the 79th Annual Golden Globes, but it won’t be broadcast on TV. Following the scandal over the lack of cultural representation amid the HFPA, NBC opted to not air the 2022 ceremony. The Oscars Governors Awards will also take place, as well as the 2022 Grammys.
