Taste in men isn't the only thing Miranda Lambert and Gwen Stefani have in common! The ladies are both planning weddings for this summer...and they have the same exact date in mind, according to a new report. Will their mutual friends have to choose!? Whoa, this could be awkward for pals who've stayed close with both Miranda Lambert, 32, and Blake Shelton, 39, after their divorce! The exes are reportedly marrying their new significant others, Anderson East, 27, and Gwen Stefani, 46, this summer, and their nuptials may be taking place on the very same day. YIKES!
The ladies are both reportedly planning their respective big days for July 4. “This is Gwen’s biggest nightmare,” an insider tells Life & Style. “She will be livid if Miranda sends out invites for the Fourth. Gwen doesn’t want to share the spotlight with anyone – least of all, her groom’s ex-wife.”
The “Make Me Like You” singer is reportedly ready to ask Miranda to change her plans, but it won’t be easy. “[Miranda] thinks it would be a hoot if they both got married on the same day,” the mag’s source says. “She is competitive by nature. She guarantees her nuptials will be a hell of a lot more fun.”
Both women want country-style weddings, with Miranda hoping for a ceremony in Nashville or down in Texas and Gwen opting for Blake’s home state of Oklahoma. But the latter does not want to go to war with her hubby’s ex. “If she feels the gauntlet needs to be thrown down, she will do it,” the insider claims.

Miranda and Gwen have not been sporting any engagement rings, but considering how fast they both moved on from their July 2015 divorce, it definitely wouldn’t be surprising if they rushed to the altar pretty quickly.
However, both women are on tour this summer, and although neither has a show on July 4th or in the several days following, it’s probably a busy time for them to plan and throw a wedding. Looks like we’ll have to wait and see…
