Gone West is a new country group composed of Colbie Caillat, Justin Young, Jason Reeves, and Nelly Joy. The group’s debut EP Tides dropped January 18, 2019. Later, in July 2019, Gone West released their single, “What Could’ve Been” to country radio, which also served as the lead-off single to their forthcoming debut studio album. The group formed after Grammy-award winner Colbie Caillat and her fiancé musician Justin teamed up with their friends, and fellow couple, Nelly Joy and Jason Reeves. Reeves has written some of Caillat’s biggest hits while also performing as an indie artist himself, and his wife Nelly Joy is one half of country duo the JaneDear girls.
