Dominique Ansel Bakery opens in Tokyo, Japan – 17 Jun 2015
People atted a pre-opening event for the new ”Dominique Ansel Bakery” in Omotesando Hills, Tokyo, Japan. The brand is known for its Cronuts pastry; a croissant doughnut fusion creation by Chef Dominique Ansel that is already hugely popular in New York. This is the first time that it will open an international branch. Japan has seen a recent boom in international food retailers trying to become the latest new trend in Tokyo. The store opens its doors to the public on June 20th and long lines are expected.
