A former lover taped a conversation obtained by the National Enquirer where Charlie is allegedly heard saying ‘This piece of s*** needs to be f***ing buried. I’d rather spend 20 grand to have her head kicked in,” after he finally admitted to Brett that he was HIV positive after previously lying to her. Brett — real name Scottine Ross — went on to sue the actor over it, and it sounds like he’d rather have her dead than pony up money in a lawsuit.
Brett clearly believes that’s the case as she told police that she lives in “constant fear that Sheen will harm her in retaliation for the lawsuit,” according to a search warrant LAPD detectives served to Radar Online. The site revealed that the cops have opened an investigation into his threats against Brett, as well the fact that he may have lied to her about his HIV status.
Radar is believed to have evidence related to a tape where a woman said to be Brett is heard asking “Why did you tell me you were not infected?” to which Charlie allegedly replied, “Because it’s none of you f***ing business.” According to the search warrant, the tape described by the site “tends to show that a felony has been committed.” Ouch, this could land Charlie in some serious legal hot water for having unprotected sex with Brett and lying to her that he wasn’t HIV positive.

Brett sought and was granted an emergency protection order against Charlie April 1, and clearly is terrified of the actor. The warrant revealed that “Ross stated that based on Sheen’s history of physical abuse and violence she is in fear for her life and believes that Sheen will carry out that threat. Ross stated that she lives in a constant state of fear and is afraid to leave her home.” Poor Brett! She’s literally living in fear of Charlie having her killed.
