Carrie Underwood rose to fame in 2005 when she won the fourth season of ‘American Idol,’ one of the longest-running singing competitions in American history. Not too long after, she became a country hit with her debut album Some Hearts, which included the very popular, chart-topping singles “Jesus, Take the Wheel” and “Before He Cheats.” Some Hearts instantly became the best-selling solo female debut album in country music history, inevitably winning the singer three Grammy Awards.
Her husband Mike Fisher, whom she has been married to for a decade now, has quite the fan base himself. The 39 year old has made a name for himself in the professional ice hockey rink by playing for the Ottawa Senators and Nashville Predators in the National Hockey League (NHL).
Together the stars have two sons (4-year-old Isaiah Michael Fisher and 1-year-old Jacob Bryan Fisher).
