Bilal (Bilal Sayeed Oliver born on August 23, 1979 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American singer-songwriter and producer. With a wide vocal range and exotic live performances, Bilal has collaborated with a number of artists, including Kimbra, The Roots and Kendrick Lamar. He must recently returned as an independent artist with the release of his new album, A Love Surreal.
Best Known For:
Bilal is best known for his collaboration with Kendrick Lamar on “These Walls” from To Pimp a Butterfly.
Personal Life:
Bilal is married with kids. One of his children has autism, who he wrote his song, “Little Ones” about.
